Your Mission

We’re looking for an engineer to help us turn the web into a platform for music learning of all kinds. We want someone who is passionate about the web, music and education, and who dreams of exploring new ways to combine the three.

Your Impact

You’ll work in a small team developing interactive web-based tools that help musicians explore and learn about various aspects of music making. We work quickly and without rigid specifications. We experiment fast and are happy to throw things away if they don’t work.

Your Role

  • Participate in conversations with teachers, musicians and other content authors to prototype, design, build and test interactive browser based learning experiences
  • Help us to continuously improve both the technical and the pedagogical aspects of our work

Your Profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience writing software
  • You have worked with Web Audio
  • You are proficient in working with digital audio paradigms
  • You have a solid grasp of various types of music making technology
  • You understand the user’s needs and value impact over technology
  • You are fluent in English
